A good way to generate future selling points for your programs, while having learners reflect and review, is to have them generate a list of benefits received. These benefits are
ways in which session concepts or material learned can help increase effectiveness and efficiency or reduce stress in the workplace or other environment.
To prepare, form teams of six to eight participants and provide flip chart paper to each team. Randomly select leaders and scribes for each group. Tell teams that they have 10 minutes to brainstorm as many benefits received from the session as they can think of and list them on their papers. After 10 minutes, have group leaders reveal and explain the list of benefits that they developed. Reward appropriately.
